I bought this for my oldest daughter (2 years old) with the hopes of driving home a message. It did that and more. This is the first book we read every night (her choice). Recently, even our youngest (just turned one) has begun to listen to the story. My girls gravitated so much to the book that we purchased another for a close friend's son. The book was more than we typically spend on a book but the value the book has brought to the household is priceless. Thank you Andy for helping influence the next generation and lending a hand to parents fighting the good fight. It is extremely difficult raising a child in modern times, however, we can instill standards, values and character and reinforce the EFFORT in our children with instruments such as this book. BUY IT!!! PERIOD!!!!!

My son loves to read, play sports and play video games. We are teaching balance - it's not always easy - video games and tv are amazing for kids! He has read the Ramsey money series and manages his chore chart every day, however I needed something to motivate him to do more than just "the minimum". That's where this book came in. Here is someone else besides Mom showing him about the amazing things he can accomplish, the good times he can have and the people he can help when he puts his mind and actions to it. Yesterday he scripted and filmed his first youTube video for a channel he is putting together. Andy & Vaughn's books are motivational for him now and into the future. When he's old enough I will let him listen to the podcast :)

My daughter squealed with joy and excitement when she saw the package on the doorstep. No sooner did we get in the door and she ripped in to the Amazon box with anticipation of finding what was tucked away inside. I was actually a little surprised at the amount of excitement she had after a long first day back to school after a two week Christmas break. I thought for sure she would want nothing to do with a book, but I was completely wrong. She loved the storyline and especially when she found out the hard worker was Charley the girl dog. At every flip of the page she couldn't wait to find out what Charley and Otis was up to next. The illustrations were fantastic and complimented the story very well.Cons: my 7 year old daughter was upset there were no more books in the series. Gave me a great opportunity to explain what delayed gratification is.

🔥 Just got my shipment in of the new children's book by Andy Frisella and they look awesome.I love Andy's thought process, deciding that this is where he can make a huge impact. Teaching children the values of hard work, sowing and reaping, and even entrepreneurialism in a way they can understand and enjoy is powerful.Last week he shared a few stories of feedback he's received from parents across the country, and it blew me away. Nowadays kids go through school being given 8th place trophies, told they're special and they can do anything their little heart desires. Then those kids enter the real world and face the harsh reality that it takes insanely hard work and talent to do what you want to do and an 8th place trophy looks more like a termination letter and bankruptcy.Part of the problem?- It is difficult, as a parent, to have these conversations and instill these values. That's how these books can be utilized. It starts a conversation. It gives parents a way to teach their children the pillars of success on THEIR level.I would highly encourage everyone to purchase these books for the parents of young kids in your circle.

We are huge fans of Andy Frisella in our family. It is nice to bring his inspiration and business savvy onto our child's level. Never too early to start teaching kids about hard work, goals, and discipline. What a great idea to have an entrepreneur write a book to teach kids!!!

I’ve been listening to Andy’s podcast for a while now, and the message that he puts out is truly amazing. I bought this book for my nephew to start teaching him the values of working hard from a young age. He loved the book so much and the values that it contained that he could hardly wait to go out and do it for himself (even though it’s a little bit cold)! I can’t wait to get the rest of the series when they come out

This book is excellent and there needs to be more of this message sent to all the children. I feel it's important for children to know the benefits of working hard and how things pay off. The sooner it is instilled into their mind the better. Also as a parent it's nice to read this book to my son, a book that has a real message and one that is enjoyable. I don't like reading him books that don't serve much of a purpose. The illustrations in the book are amazing. The quality of the book is on point. I didn't expect anything less from this group. They are amazing and do so much good in this world. I'm happy to see they are trying to make an impact on the youth. Can't wait to get the delivery of Play to Win. Oh also, it's the only book my son ever asked me to read him twice in one night and my wife also loved the book. Enjoy all.

I love that this book teaches the joy that kids can attain from a little hard work. Work ethic is essential to a healthy and happy society. More kids should be reading books like this. I do find it funny that the puppy buys food for the fruit stand when she lives on a fruit farm but when I noted this to my kids my sun very quickly said that it was because the fruit from the farm was not ripe yet. LOL. We got some good critical thinking out of the holes in the story as well. A win win all around, and my kids love it.
